How can I make a booking?

You can make your booking using the booking form in our web page; click on "Availability and bookings on line"

How can I know if the rooms are available?

Only you can click on "Availability and bookings on line"

How can I calculate the price of my stay?

In "Availability and booking on line", you must select dates, and the system offer prices.

How can I know that my booking is confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed if all your information is correct. We will send you your booking number in 8 hours.
You must show this numer at hotel reception.
If you do not receive our confirmation within the above mentioned period, please contact our customer services department.

Why am I advised to include my mobile phone in the form?

We recommend you to complete the ‘telephone’ field of the booking form as the recipient may not receive the message because it is considered as spam or because the inbox is full. These are two examples that prevent us from contacting our customers. Only in these cases we will send you a notice of such a problem with the request that you provide another email address where we can send your booking confirmation.

Do I have to pay any amount in advance?

All payment at arrive.

Is it safe to submit my credit card details?

The data transfer is absolutely safe thanks to our Secure Server, which encrypts all the transmitted information by means of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) safety protocol.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking at no extra charge, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 72 hours before your arrival. To cancel your booking, you just have to go to the Customer services section and enter the booking number, date and the name of the booking in the ‘comments’ field. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within that period, please contact our Customer services department. If you cancel in 72 hours or no show, the hotel will can charge 1 night in your credit card by room.

How can I modify my booking?

To modify your booking, you just have to go to the Customer services section and enter the date, the name and the premises of the booking in the ‘comments’ field. You will receive a confirmation of your modification within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within that period, please contact our Customer services department.

What is the latest check-in time (if any)?

There is no check-in time limitation. However, please use the ‘comments’ field of the booking form to let us know if your estimated time of arrival is after 6 pm.
